Since this is a "horror"-esque game, we wont dive into details, but basically you build your bunker in which you need to survive against a foe that comes when the storm hits.

Bunker construction:

select/place	Left click
delete	Right click
move camera	Middle mouse button

Movement:

Walk	WASD
Jump of ladder	A / D / SPACE
Climb	W / S
Sprint	LSHIFT
